How to Use
Morning before meals:
1–2 capsules Mastic Strong&Pure + 1 capsule Mastic+ Vitamin D3.
Evening before meals:
1 capsule Mastic Strong&Pure + 1 capsule Mastic+ Vitamin D3.
Take at least 30 minutes before meals with water or juice.
Daily intake:
700–1050 mg Chios mastic gum from Mastic Strong&Pure + 420 mg Chios mastic gum, 311 mg inulin and 5 μg Vitamin D3 from Mastic+ Vitamin D3.
Course duration: The pack contains 240 Mastic Strong&Pure capsules and 160 Mastic+ Vitamin D3 capsules. At the recommended dosage, the Vitamin D3 capsules determine the course length of approximately 80 days.
