All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Czechia, European Union.

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Israel), any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility and are NOT included in the prices below. Read FAQ.

💡 Shipping fee vs. customs fee — what's the difference?

Shipping fee — the cost of getting your order from our warehouse to your door. You pay this to us, at checkout — see the prices below.

Customs / import fee — a tax or duty your own country charges on goods arriving from abroad. You pay this separately to the courier, not to us, and we have no control over the amount. Read FAQ.

Please note: we are unable to predict or estimate the exact amount of customs duties, taxes, or import fees in advance. The final amount is determined by the customs authority in the destination country and depends on the courier used, the product classification, and that country's applicable thresholds and valuation rules.

Refusing to accept a parcel because of these charges is not a valid reason for return or refund. If a shipment is refused or left unclaimed at customs, it may be destroyed or returned at the customer's expense, and no refund will be issued.
