Customs & duties outside the EU
Do shipping prices include customs duties and taxes?
No. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Israel), any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping price.
Why can't you tell me the exact customs amount in advance?
The final amount is set by the customs authority in your country and depends on the courier used, the product's customs classification, and your country's own thresholds and valuation rules — so we cannot predict or estimate it in advance.
What happens if I refuse the parcel because of customs charges?
Refusing a parcel over customs charges is not a valid reason for a return or refund. A refused or unclaimed shipment may be destroyed or returned at the customer's expense, and no refund will be issued.
Does this apply to orders within the EU?
No — orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. This applies only to deliveries outside the EU.
