"Less frequent attacks (stomach/gallbladder?), even on repeated gastroscopy and ultrasound they never actually found out exactly what was wrong with me, they closed it as a functional gastrointestinal disorder.

Only the mastic then reduced the frequency of my attacks and removed the subsequent bloating and pressure in the digestive tube area - feeling like a badly swallowed pill.

But I took it mostly on a rather sporadic basis, and now I am trying to take it longer term, really regularly and at a dose of 2+2 capsules a day, and hope for even more noticeable improvement."

"I use the ointment every morning on an empty stomach. It helps me a lot. It replaces the medicines I received from my doctor, but I was advised not to take them for a long time, but only in case of bigger stomach pains and problems. I use ointment ointments when travelling and after a heavy meal. It makes my digestion better. The lemon flavour does not do me any favours."
