How to Use?

1. Remove the white cap. Squeeze the bottle until the solution rises in the integrated dispenser under the lid. When the supply increases, the solution is withdrawn back into the bottle. Use the amount contained in the dispenser for rinsing. You can also pour the solution into the lid and use it as a jar.
2. The upper part of the bottle is designed for 10 ml of liquid, which is enough for a thorough mouth rinse. The mouthwash is concentrated, so you do not need more than 10 ml.
3. Use 10 ml (1 cap full) of mouthwash every morning and evening and rinse it around in your mouth for at least 30 seconds. Then spit out the mouthwash.
