5. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. All products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Certain products, such as dietary supplements, chewing gum, cosmetics, and food items, cannot be returned once opened due to health and hygiene regulations.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. We reserve the right to cancel any order for errors in billing or account information.

7. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in the European Union (EU).

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Please note that:

  • Prices displayed on the website do not include any local sales taxes, VAT, import duties, or administration fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Any such additional charges for customs clearance and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the relevant customs and tax authorities in the country of delivery.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

8. DISCOUNTS AND FREE SHIPPING

If a discount code provided a free product, returning any item from the order will cancel the discount. The free product must be returned, or its original value will be deducted from your refund. If free shipping was applied and a return reduces the order below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund according to our current shipping policy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Notia, spol. s r. o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including those resulting from misuse of dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products. Customers are responsible for using products according to instructions.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned goods, using the original payment method.

11. COMPLAINTS & DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you receive defective or incorrect products, your statutory warranty rights apply. Contact us immediately at info@masticlife.com with photos to ensure fast processing.

12. PRIVACY

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any agreements arising from them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
