How to use
Recommended dosage:
- Morning before meals: 1–2 capsules Mastic Strong&Pure + 1 capsule Mastic+ Vitamin D3
- Evening before meals: 1 capsule Mastic Strong&Pure + 1 capsule Mastic+ Vitamin D3
Take at least 30 minutes before a meal, with water or juice. If swallowing is difficult, empty the capsule contents onto a spoon and take with water.
