Shipping & Customs FAQ

Important: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Czechia, European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping price.

Simply put: you pay us once, for shipping. If your country charges import tax on top, that's a separate bill from the courier, not from us.

Shipping fee - the cost of getting your order from our warehouse to your door. You pay this to us, at checkout.

Customs / import fee - a tax or duty your own country charges on goods arriving from abroad. You pay this to the courier (not to us), and we have no control over the amount.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Czechia, European Union.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship within Czechia, across the EU, to the UK, Switzerland, Israel, Malta, Canada, the United States, and the rest of the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on the destination country and, within the EU, on your order value. Most EU destinations get free standard shipping above a set order amount. See our full shipping rates by country for exact prices.

Is shipping ever free?

Yes. For most destinations, standard shipping is free once your order reaches that country's free-shipping threshold. Thresholds vary by destination; check shipping rates by country.

Is priority shipping available?

Yes, priority shipping is available for the UK, Canada, and the United States, for customers who want faster delivery.

When do you ship my order?

We ship every business day. Orders placed and paid by 10:55 Central European Time (CET/CEST), inclusive, are dispatched the same business day. Orders received after 10:55 CET/CEST, or paid later, are dispatched the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Average delivery times from our warehouse in Czechia are shown below. They are estimates counted from the moment your parcel is handed to the courier, and they depend on the destination and the shipping option you choose.

Are these delivery times guaranteed?

No. They are average estimates, not guaranteed dates. Actual delivery can be longer due to public holidays, peak seasons, weather, or customs inspection outside the EU. Days without a "business" label are calendar days.

Can you speed up customs clearance?

No. For parcels shipped outside the EU, the time a parcel spends waiting for customs clearance is not included in the estimates above, and we are not able to influence it. Customs processing is handled by the customs authority and the courier in your country.

Do shipping prices include customs duties and taxes?

No. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Israel), any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping price.

Why can't you tell me the exact customs amount in advance?

The final amount is set by the customs authority in your country and depends on the courier used, the product's customs classification, and your country's own thresholds and valuation rules, so we cannot predict or estimate it in advance.

What happens if I refuse the parcel because of customs charges?

Refusing a parcel over customs charges is not a valid reason for a return or refund. A refused or unclaimed shipment may be destroyed or returned at the customer's expense, and no refund will be issued.

Does this apply to orders within the EU?

No. Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. This applies only to deliveries outside the EU.
