DIY mastic toothpaste
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
- 1 tbsp vegetable glycerin
- 10 drops mastic essential oil
- Mix the baking soda and glycerin well.
- Add the mastic essential oil and mix again.
- Store in a tightly sealed jar at room temperature.
- Use morning and evening for a fresh, natural clean.
DIY mastic mouthwash
Ingredients
- 50 ml green tea (cooled)
- 2 drops mastic essential oil
- Mix both well and rinse your mouth after eating or after brushing.
- Do not swallow.
