Monday
- Breakfast: porridge with banana and almond milk
- Snack: White yoghurt with honey and a handful of oatmeal
- Lunch: Roasted chicken breast with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots
- Snack: Handful of unsalted almonds
- Dinner: Whole wheat bread with avocado and boiled egg
Tuesday
- Breakfast: Rice porridge with apple and cinnamon
- Snack: Cottage cheese with honey
- Lunch: Boiled cod with potatoes and steamed broccoli
- Snack: Handful of walnuts
- Dinner: Baked zucchini with cottage cheese
Wednesday
- Breakfast: Banana smoothie with oatmeal and almond milk

Tips to relieve heartburn:
- Eat smaller portions and slowly. Eat foods from your diet.
- Avoid citrus fruits, tomatoes, chocolate, coffee and alcohol.
- Don't lie down for at least 2 hours after eating.
- Drink plenty of water, but not immediately after eating.
